August Issue of Genii Will Be Late

Postby Richard Kaufman » July 5th, 2008, 10:30 am

Folks, in the ten years we've owned Genii, every single issue has come out on time--even early.

But the August issue will be mailed about two weeks late due to an unexpected death in my wife's family. She's the Art Director and lays the whole thing out and makes it pretty, and we've all been thrown for a loop.

Please post this information on other boards so as many Genii readers as possible see it.

Thanks for your patience: this issue will be well worth the extra wait.

Sorry to hear of your loss. A sudden death in the family turns everything upside down.

You've achieved an excellent on-time track record, and I'm sure we'll all be patient.

Having dealt with the impact a sudden passing can have on one's family, my heart goes out to you and your wife. Take all the time you need...we'll be happy to wait.

With kindest thoughts,

Jeremy

Richard,

My condolences to you and your wife. Family takes precedence over getting the magazine out. We can wait.

With deepest sympathy,
Gary
