Is the Patrick Lindley one xeroxed, with a green cover? If it's what I'm thinking of, I had forgotten it.

There was also a series of articles in Magic a few years ago (Jun, Jul Aug 2001)reproducing the Dukes Cigarette card series, and others.

I do. Several years ago, at the "Gathering for [Martin] Gardner", my exchange gift contribution was a booklet on cigarette and puzzle trading cards.

Chris Pratt and Burton Sperber have also done monographs on the subject.
