I was wondering, what is the difference between "Sent Messages" and "Outbox"? And why would a message that I thought I sent earlier today be in my "Outbox" but not in "Sent Messages"? Thanks.

Yes, EIM is a compilation of Gardner's long-running Hugard's series. Gardner didn't mean he was rewriting that 1950 version - the 1950 version is a rewrite of the version in Here's New Magic (1937), which he ghostwrote for Joe Berg.

As noted all seats -in the orchestra and mezzanine both - are priced at $177 - PLUS there is a $25.50 per ticket service charge and to top it off (and in my view add insult to injury) - a $2 per ticket facility charge. The entire bill for two tickets in the search I just ran came to $409. Not sure ...
