Isn't that why you wrote this book?
Because The Berglas Effect was "not immediately apparent to folks" by reading the Britland book.

If I recall the story correctly, Dad Stevens in showing Vernon the riffle stack, commented that no gambler would stack the kind of hands claimed in this article.

I had the pleasure of spending time with Bill Self at the history conferences.

A truly fascinating man!! What has not been mentioned was he had one of the great first edition fiction book collections. He had books that were worth tens of thousands of dollars.
