Personally, I would love to see a feauture article on and a detailed interview with Howie Schwartzman. Or maybe give him his own column in Genii. I too was going to mention how difficult it is to read knockout type. There have been studies done that show how much more difficult it is to read. My pesonal favorite is Bob Read's. He has the routine in print in either his lecture notes or as a seperate manuscript. Maybe also in his Thanks to Pepys (SP) book. No gimmicks - practically do anywhere anytime.

Speaking of the Gemini count...

How exactly is it suppose to look to the spectator. By that I mean, when you take the double from the middle of tha packet, is it suppose to look like you're taking the bottom card of the packet?

Rennie, I'm not sure if this is who you were thinking about, but I know that Vanni Bossi from Italy does a matrix type effect with bottle caps on fire. But, if I remember correctly, he doesn't use cards. He puts on "fireproof" gloves and does it more as a chink-a-chink. Pretty cool to watc...
