Danny, it's not yellow yarn.
It's that other stuff.
It's kind of knotted.
It's different, no?
Oops. I forgot to run over at lunch.

I think you should try to negotiate. Just change to it so it looks agreeable to you and turn it into them. I'll bet they say,... "sure. that's fine". I did that last spring. Just made changes, signed it and sent it back. And notified them of what I was doing. It was no big deal. Sometimes ...

I love that effect.. "Va. City Shuffle" Very clean, very magical. No gaffus. Ahhhhh!!!!! I created a Jumbo Card version several years ago by purchasing some cheap jumbo cards and erasing the pips off of the low red spot cards with a pencil eraser. Took a while but it was worth the effort. ...

What I'm reading is this... "Everybody does it (ripping off) so end of discussion. It happens. Get over it." While perhaps a valid statement, in a way, there are things the rest of us can do after finding out that this has occured. 1. Don't purchase the rip-off 2. Don't purchase any items ...

Tim! Well done and I will add a link from my site to that page to help educate.
I believe Lee Asher also reported that
a David Harkey effect has been ripped off from his book "Simpley Harkey" and is being sold on Penguin or MagicMakers.
Maybe Lee will chime in with the name.

One of the best card-to-whatever's I've seen was Michael Ammar's at his lecture.
It was Card-to-Fly. As in his zipper.
The time between the selection and the revelation was fantastic. Funny and entertaining.
