I recommend Ammar's book/DVD on the subject, but I don't recommend his routine (other than his opening sequence). His loads, in my very, very humble opinion, are done on the wrong beat. Subscription Renewal

It's time to renew my subscription to Genii.
Some place I read that there is a discount available to those of us who have a long term laid off because of the recession but I don't remember the details.
