The trick when done as it was created by Lubor Fiedler is perfection. It is indeed too perfect, but it can withstand that test because the only answer it leads to is unimaginable.

Sounds absurd, but if you're old enough you may remember this effective stunt (you really do thrust a paper straw through a potato). The trick vanished when paper straws vanished and plastic straws took their place. But the wheel has spun back and paper straws are now available again. Instructions c...

I believe most of "Aces High" was Horowitz's, and possibly only the final phase was contributed by Daley. It was sold as a booklet and you should be able to find it without much problem.
