Nick,
What are your plans for using this book? Are you going to build some of the illusions... or will just a pretty book for your shelf?

I've never noticed any problems with doing Twisting the Aces closeup...

I do it sitting down, standing up...etc.

Nick, what is it that causes problems?

Was that a crack at Al Lutz?

I can only imagine walking down Main Street, looking around the corning, and finding a jar with Walt's head in it...next to a pile of poop.

Many magicians are Disney fans... Bruce Cervon's wife collects Disney...as does Richard Kaufman.

...as stated above, some folks really don't like "Disney." Being more of the current company situation, and the name... it's an interesting situation.

I, too, just saw the film. I had known nothing of the series before, and have only been involved because of the recent hype. I was impressed with the story. It was a fun tale. The filming was good, and excellent direction. I've just finished looking through this post and I've questioned some of the ...

Tom, I must also compliment the book.

It is simply amazing!

Have you had any trouble reading Hilliard's hand writing in some of the effects? Most of it is legible...some of the notes I can't seem to decipher.

You can say one thing... those headhunters are really ahead of other magicians in S. America.

Before Richard and I made the forum public, we had to run a few tests. Richard registered, then I accidentally deleted him.

So, Richard really is number 2... but since I accidentally deleted number 2, he's number 3.

The Tarbell Course in Magic is full of little things like that. Sometimes the things you're looking for might not be published. Look at other effects, see how you can manipulate them. I've been to a Magic Castle Swap Meet, and have seen old tricks dirt cheap. They could be retooled, redesigned. Revi...
