Lou Gallo
Hi guys. I love Kaufman's Underground Man. I love the physical dimensions of the book. I love the blue dust jacket. I love the illustrations. I love the writing. I love the material. I would love to be able to sit at a table with Lou Gallo and watch him work. For those who new him or saw his magic, ...

My thoughts exactly. Harry Lorayne's thoughts on this revelation in Quinella make it the best description I've encountered.

Re: Any Ace Called For- Jennings.
Okay. The routine can be done as written provided the spectator calls for the particular ace as described by Maxwell. However, in handling the third ace things get weird. Maxwell describes how to find it if Hearts is called for, then halfway through, he says, " okay let's assume diamonds is sel...

One of my favourites has always been Martin Nash's Telstar Aces. Its a one handed Charlier type production.
The Aces are plucked out one at a tim face up by the thumb of the same hand.

Any Ace Called For- Jennings.
Hi guys, Im a long time ace addict and as such, I've tried many times to learn this effect as described. It doesn't seem to work the way it is written. Perhaps I am mistaken. I was mistaken once before with Mike Close's Reverse Logic. Mr. Close corrected me. His instructions were fine. So I'm not in...

Re: Favorite 4-ace production?
This is tough, four ace productions are my my favourite. Mike Skinners from Card Stars USA is a gem. It uses Drauns tabled breakless undercut from Kaufmans book. I think Ortiz' Any Ace Spell Variation from Lorayne's Afterthoughts is a treasure. My pet sequence for twenty years has been Wakeman's A D...

Re: Jennings 67
Richard, ive heard muuch about Howies top palm, i was a shy 16 year old when i met him in 1990, i wish i could go back in time.
Ive studied Carneys description of Vernons Top Palm. Im i correct in assuming that Howies and Larrys palms are directly influenced by Vernons?
Respectfully, Rodney

Hi Dave, looking forward to the DVD. (Although I really wish it was a book) anyway to answer your question, its not a Goodwin trick but it is a great move- its Bill Goodwins Two Ton Transpo from Swains Miracles with Cards. Awesome!

I met Frank at NYCAN'90 very briefly I'm ashamed to say that at te age of 14, I didn't pay much attention to this gentleman whose name I later read mentioned in one of Martin Nash's spiral bound books- perhaps Any Second Now..
Can someone tell me alittle about this fellow canadian?
