If you look at the photo of Hofzinser the resemblance is not unlike a photo of Alex Elmsley. Weird.

Frank Garcia published a great second in Super Subtle Card Secrets. The left thumb pushes off towards the right corner diagonally. Therefore the next card doesn't look out of line with the deck.

Jack McMillen taught me an entirely different finish to for the final packet. The final packet is simply tossed into the tabled cards. Very strong.
