I think it was sold at his shows - maybe in the early 90s? If I remember correctly it is a kids activity book with puzzles and pages to color.

I think the notion of using letters to represent numbers (t,n, m, 1,2,3) was in the Memory Book by Harry Lorayne - but I think the principle is older than the book.

My co-worker saw David Blaine perform at a conference for institutional investors. His report back to me was that Blaine did close-up card magic that was broadcast onto a big screen so that everyone could see. Tricks included Ambitious Card and Out of This World.

The production of the book is great - as one would expect from Ricky Jay. Oversized, printed in Italy. It is sort of like Anamolies but pairs a photo of a handbill with commentary about the performance.
