There has to be some sort of magic routine you could pull from Nigerian scam culture....
As for tricks, I have a small coin routine I more or less made up myself using some sleights I learnt from here and there, but I think you could do better.

I had the exact same problem. Tried to buy one of the cheap PDFs from Abbotts and it wouldn't let me pay by paypal.
