Re: Subtle Card Creations - Volume 7

Marshall from H & R. Charlie is still publishing under the H & R name, so be on the lookout for announcements. Trost Vol. 7 is only one of a few titles on the way.

Re: Is Bill in Lemon overexposed?

Chris Hannibal has a great handling for the bill in fruit that is my favorite. It is very unique and leaves two spectators with an interesting souvenir. It also solves the "nasty bill covered in juice" ending that usually occurs. He published his handling in a book called BOOKENDS. Marshal...

Re: "Now You See Me" magicians in movie - and trailer link

Well great. I wonder what they did with all the books they ordered? They bought quite a few. Originally they had asked to borrow a couple thousand books. That would have put me out of business! Glad they found Jon's. Marshall H & R Magic Books <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.magic...

Re: "Now You See Me" magicians in movie - and trailer link

H & R Magic Books provided all of the magic books for the movie set. I'm interested to see what titles, if any, made it into the actual movie.

Re: Choosing a memorized deck

I'm looking for a stack from which I can get into Si Stebbins order easily. I know Tim Conover's stack had this feature, but I realize that isn't in print. I don't want to just use Stebbins as my memorized stack, as there are some routines I would like to do, where the Stebbins order would become ap...

A few coin gaffs for sell

I recently acquired a collection that contained a few coin gaffs. We don't sell these on our website, so I thought I would post them here as I did some DVDs awhile back. As before, the first to contact me through email will have first pick.I am not a coin guy by any means. Therefore, I am also takin...

Re: Hank Lee

I don't chime in very much, and we don't really compete much with Hank as a book dealer, but unloading most of your inventory at wholesale costs is EXTREMELY unfair to other dealers. Like Richard, I understand what he is trying to do, just not the best way to go about it. I would be interested to fi...

Re: Magic pet peeves.. stir things up!

I try not to comment too much in forums, but for this, I have to make an exception. I witnessed Losander perform his Floating Table before an audience of lay people and magicians. All I can say, is in his hands, that table floats. It is an incredible illusion that received an enthusiastic response f...

Steve, I believe Dan Fishman's dribble pass is taught on Patrick Redford's newest DVD HANDS OFF Any Card at Any Number. The pass looks pretty good on the DVD as well. Marshall H & R Magic Books <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.magicbookshop.com">www.magicbookshop.com</a><!-- w -->
