The judges in the Teller case have no idea what they are talking about, and their nonsense can be completely disregarded. I'm just curious. Do you have a law degree, and more specifically, a credential or certification in U.S. copyright law? How many clients have you represented in court in copyrig...

Many Decks Going Up On Ebay - New and Used
I've collected decks for decades but I am now getting rid of most of my collection. Since I have been selling my new decks steadily for awhile, there are not a large number of new decks listed - but you may see some you like. I just started adding a lot of my opened decks a few days ago. It will tak...

I also like the Edward Victor variation of The Glide. With the deck face up, get a break under the top two face-up cards just like you would for a double lift. Slide the cards forward about an inch or two. You will find out what distance works best for you when you play around with it. When the deck...

I think it was the lack of an address. Buyers need to know how to find you if you do them wrong.
However, since Ebay listings do not require that, all should be fine this time.

The first set I (& my brother) worked with was the Bill Bixby The Magician set put out by Marshall Brodien. The two early books that I remember were The Amateur Magician's Handbook by Henry Hay and Scarne on Card Tricks.

Richard's specification of the deck is very important. I've heard the praises of varnish decks but I don't have any first hand knowledge of them so I would never come up with that idea myself. Traditional Magic (for lack of a better term) cannot imagine any scenario where an individual might want to know about magic methods without committing him/herself to being a performer or student of the art. While the item doesn't really do more than you can do with a large digital screen, I think the physical drawing aspect provides an appeal not seen in projected images. Also, if you have canvas or paper on the wall, you can end up with a physical object that can be taken by your spectator assistant. ...
