Garcia had an incredible nose for great material (and yes, there were plenty of issues with crediting). It's too bad it seems this has not been resolved. But has anyone even asked lately? They might be waiting, figuring if no one asks, no one must be really interested.

Sad. Harvey was a trip. We email corresponded for a while. He taught me several different (and odd) passes. I lost the videos when my PC crash and burned back in 2013. They looked great in his hands.

Quick note: The Magic Castle does not have a "Hall of Fame." It does have a Wall of Fame—the walkway between the dining rooms and the theater annex. Or, as Mike Caveney calls it, "The Wall of Egos." (Yes, he is on it.)

I received my copy at the San Francisco edition of the New York Magic Symposium, directly from the author. That was in 1984. I'm sorry to say that I sold them last year to a collector.
