Re: Steinmeyer's Nine Card Problem
The little trick certainly got the attention of one Larry Jennings when he published his handling "Getting To Nine" in the July 1993 issue of Magic, An Independant Magazine for Magicians. His version has been in my repertoire for years.

I think the name of Wesley James should be mentioned when referring to Derek's handling and/or technique for the card to envelope/wallet.If you refer to the Wesley James book "ENCHANTMENTS" there's a section in the book that talks about he and Derek working out the mechanics of the card to...

Pete, I'm wondering if the guy named "Robbie" you mentioned in your Emil Clifton book could actually be the father of Robin Roberts, co-host of Good Morning America. I know she has mentioned on several occasions that her father was in fact a Tuskegee Airman.

Are you speaking of repetitive Elmsley Counts (three(3)in a row) with no variation to vanish each of the aces?

Mark,
The things that you speak of is art within itself and fortunately cannot be learned in ten(10) minutes or from the latest DVD offering. It most likely takes months or maybe even years to perfect "the act".
