Two tricks that come to mind are Phanto Block and Alpha Tunnel.
Both of those look so simple that spectators are sure they can do it if given the opportunity.
It's fun to watch them put the pieces together every which way and still have no idea as to how it was done.

While I didn't like the quality of 4D Printer very much, I was fine with Future Puzzle. It is supposed to be a box to a jigsaw puzzle. Jigsaw puzzle boxes are generally made out of cardboard. The Japanese instructions that I have do say that it comes with 25 cards and a : card. It also says what to do with the : card at the end of the instructions. I guess they updated the instructions when they added the card in.

I am going to take a guess and say that you are not a fan of Tenyo's Bio Shock. In that trick you cut your fingers off with a playing card.

No, it's a Cubio. I happened to come across it recently and was somewhat surprised as I hadn't seen it before. I do think it would go nicely with the Floating Pooh-in-a-Tube.

It is a very nice routine and the gold rings look very nice as well. While the instructions are in Japanese there are pictures every step of the way. Between that and the video performances on Youtube, it shouldn't be too difficult to learn the routine. Unfortunately the routine is not very stunning...
