Re: Bob Cassidy Drunk Train Wreck
No reviews were taken down. And you are hardly worth responding to, except perhaps to remind you, since you started this highly misleading thread, that libelous thread titles that are publicly viewable are actionable. Is that why you snipe from behind a pseudonym? No answer required because, as I sa...

Re: Bob Cassidy Drunk Train Wreck
I imagine that Penguin continues to sell the lecture because its sold well over a thousand copies and continues to sell well. (I know because I still get royalty checks for it.) What's not mentioned here is the fact that there 37 reviews of the lecture on the Penguin site and the average rating is F...

Re: Jose de la Torre Passed Away
So sorry to hear this. I remember Jose visiting us often when I worked as a demonstrator at Mecca Magic in East Orange, NJ back in the 70's. He was a great guy and a fine magician.

Re: Dick Christian
Dick was an old friend. He attended my 2 day mentalism workshop in DC last year and we spent many hours together. Little did I know it would be the last time we'd ever be together. He had been hospitalized since mid summer with a rare blood disorder. For the last several years he had been working on...

Burt will be sorely missed. He was a longtime member of the PEA and a good friend.
May he rest in peace.

Re: Ford Kross - RIP
Ford/Sandy was one of my oldest and closest friends in mentalism. I knew him since I was a teenager when I met him at Mecca Magic in East Orange, New Jersey. We had many adventures together (including what we called "The Great NJ Witchcraft Trial"). I will miss him. Good thoughts, Bob PS- ...

Wish I could have been there, Myron. We both have a lot of wonderful memories of Mecca Magic and the Collins family. That's pretty much where we both started.
Fred will be missed but always fondly remembered.

Re: Terry Seabrooke Has Died
Terry was a great performer and a great man. We spent some time together a few years back and I'll never forget the fun we had. (Later we accidentally ran into each other in a bar at the Denver airport. We almost missed our flights!)
RIP, Terry.

Re: The Stupidity of Scientists
I agree with Max Maven's earlier post. Also I would mention that Dr. Bem is a long time and highly respected member of the PEA. He is hardly a "shut-eye" nor is he an "idiot scientist."

Thanks for posting that clip, Richard.
I remember all of those films. I was a big fan of everything that Hammer put out.
RIP Ingrid Pitt.

Just to get back to "Crossing over" for a minute-- Here's an exclusive that should set you all straight: S.W. Erdnase, the mystery man who wrote The Expert at the Card Table, was the surprise guest at the studios of Dr. Bob's Stepping Over, the internationally acclaimed public access cable...

Lior, Richard, Paul, Joe (and all!) Screw the coffee. Lets have a beer! I'm working Magic in the Rockies next week. Meet me there and I'll buy. Jamie's working it, too, and he can drink beer with us! Then we will all be happy. That's all anybody REALLY needs. Best- Bob Cassidy (no one at the Magic C...
