Having been there (I helped David with several Illusions) I feel the big difference is that David used editing to clean up his magic (a world new to the VCR and the rewind button) for those who planned on multiple viewings....

The magic I saw during the last show was classically bad, stereotyped, hack magic. When The Pendragons appeared it was like the art had been redeemed in two minutes. At times, dial up beats our satellite connect. This is why I keep aol around...of course we rarely use aol but keep the account when the satellite fails. It always works, but slow.

Still not as good as your Metamorphosis..That is my all time favorite of the Pendragons. Mai-ling, I know what you mean. A video on You Tube is there standing aolone as a video... Although You Tube has some networking features, it is far behind My Space. Regardless, you can have a video on You Tube with 10,000 hits and it will not have the same viewer ship as a video on My Space if that...
