Book made it to Florida. It makes for a darned fine Passover/Easter present.
My wife just informed me you don't get presents for Passover. Well . . . I did and I'm overjoyed.

Re: Cups & Balls with different colored balls
Confusion quickly takes over. My routine has some extra elements that make it worse. Five ball routines, where most who've fallen into this rabbit-hole end up, are more trouble. The finest five ball routine I know is Harry Riser's in "Feints and Temps". I'd read through that one. My cups a...

Ok, now I'm on a goddamn mission. Leet - (in England) a yearly or half-yearly court of record that the lords of certain manors held. That's not the definition my esteemed magic buddies were using. I had no idea what leet meant. Luckily I have access to the internet. Having to decode other people's e...

Joe,
I have been reading Rex Stout novels recently; good catch.
I knew Jon would chime in. I'm now officially lost. Number sequence looks to be an IP address. I don't do Q-codes. The only links I like are sausages.
Stay weird.

Bill, you have won.
Trendy? I think so. Oddly, I remembered the letters. Your missive was more communicative than this thread's title.
200 points to Gryffindor!
Jon and I, both being from Slytherin choose to mock you all in Parseltongue.

Re: 3MW
Brad, I saw 3MW and in my head I said Three Mew. Mewthree is a thing. One's Pokemon knowledge expands with the advent of grandchildren. Mssr's Pungot's initialism was so obscure, until I clicked on the link I had my only my Pokemon-related guess. He communicated so poorly I mistook Mr. Weber for a P...

Edward, WWWD? If you can't communicate in writing with some degree of consistent clarity, even when gently chided, stop. Did you mistype some other obscure set of capital letters? Is that supposed to be What Would Weber Do? The use of acronyms has grossly increased with online communication. Adding ...
Re: 3MW
I detest obscure acronyms. For those with my affliction, 3MW refers to Michael Weber podcasts. I know I'm being grumpy. I know podcasts be are all the rage. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading Mr. Weber's works. I detest being read to. That's simply how podcasts affect me. I also dislike magic video i...

I didn't know him well. I have a memory though. Bob, who's a working pro from Dallas came out to the Golden Gate Gathering one year. I knew him only by his reputation and I'd seen his DVDs. They are all simply awesome. Bob's take on the laundry ticket, egg bag and cups/balls is world-class stuff. If...

I never thought a layman would question whether he'd ever seen all the faces, during Wildcard. (Which is different from Gyp$y Curse) During the revelations of the cards changing, you clearly show all the faces. Quit worrying about how lousy the Hamman Count is. Dispatch it to the rubbish heap where ...

PS. All tricks are imperfect. Pick your battles. A Hamman count can be done flawlessly, just not by me.

Joe,

It's too bad magic isn't theater. At least you shone a light on a great magician and this great routine. You may still believe magical performances are not related to theater, but, your post generated a lot of drama.

https://youtu.be/BByvyYTpsh8 I've gotten this to a point where I've locking down the sequence. Figured out how to incorporate the display that's new, to me, and get out of it, far more cleanly. I realize I've posted an earlier version that was pretty awkward. I think this one is a real improvement. ...

Paco,
Your English is far superior to my Spanish.
I have no verb choices to make outside of English.
I don't know how much a non-magician audience would be deceived by the bit at the end. I'm happy with the overall trick. More rehearsals should smooth it out more.
Thank you
KG

Jon,
I don't own an arm chopper. I never work for children. I rarely add to my routines from on-line suggestions.
I think we're safe.
Alfred, no slight intended, herein. Just chillin'. Stay tuned, a routine from the little-known brother of Madam Zolta; Elpmas Loots.

At the end the cards can be examined. I fear your interlude with a wrist chopper might seem a little off-handed, to the overall effect.

Paco, Give away the cards? Do you know how hard it is to find duplicates or decks of duplicates? I own all of Ace of Diamonds forcing decks Card Shark had in the US.
