For an incredible, impossible seeming effect, see Lorayne"s Faro Blockbuster from Deck-Sterity. It is mind-blowing in my opinion. If you know the method, you'll see why not many people do it I think. But it is very strong.

They are all excellent. If one has studied all his previous writings, his latest, Bare-Bones Tarot, may be his best yet.

I understand Schmidt worked free hand from text only. Very cool.
I like Earle Oakes.
I like Kaufman's lines of motion but I also like his depictions of the practitioners- their hands, arms, heads, etc. Very cool.

Which DL(s) is/are your favorite? Lately I started doing the Dribble Double taught by Earl Nelson. You dribble the deck down into the other hand and with slight pressure near the end you can end up with just two cards. It's a bit knacky but if you've been handling a deck for 40 years, it's not hard...
