Sad News As Another Great Person Passes Away

I've been looking for a posting on this but haven't see anything. Dr. Robert Albo passed away this morning after a long debilitating illness. Bob had been a great friend to many of us for many, many years. His las attendance at a magic gathering was last November at the New England Collectors Confer...

Re: Juan Tamariz Workshop at the World Magic Seminar

Juan Tamariz's Juan-Der-Ful Workshop to be held the day after the World Magic Seminar is completely Sold Out a full 3 plus months before he is to give it. This must be a record for a magic workshop. I am starting a wait list for anyone who didn't make their reservation in time. It will be on a first...

Re: Juan Tamariz Workshop at the World Magic Seminar

We are now officially at only 3 openings left for Juan's Juan-Der-Ful workshop. We will establish a wait list of only 5 people after that in the event any registrations may become available between now and March 3rd but in Vegas that would be known as a longshot.

Re: Juan Tamariz Workshop at the World Magic Seminar

We still have about 4 or 5 more openings for Juan's Juan-Der-Ful workshop. After consulting with Juan we have all decided not to try to do a second 4 to 5 workshop as it would be too demanding for Juan. Over and above Juna's well being we believe it important for the World Magic Seminar to maintain ...

Re: Juan Tamariz Workshop at the World Magic Seminar

Gary, The WMS itself is not the space problem but, the Juan Tamariz, day after the seminar, workshop is. The workshop is limited to 50 people and we are 90% full already. We are negotiating with Juan for a second workshop and he is very cooperative with us but, the logistics of minimum number of att...

Juan Tamariz Workshop at the World Magic Seminar

Juan Tamariz's workshop in conjunction with the World Magic Seminar is already 90% sold out. While we are in contact with Juan and negotiating that he hold a second workshop we urge those who wish to attend to register now and not to presume that we will be able to get Juan to do a second one. Re: Luna Shinmada, Holy Cow, floating linking rings,

Chief Genii, there should be no question that the rings are Voitko's as Luna is quoted on the web site Erdnasephile has linked to (see above) thanking Viktor Voitko and advising that she performed the routine at the Magic Castle. Personally I think for less than $600.00 this must be one of the bette...

I was there that night. My date and I were backstage with Doug and Doug said he was waiting for Slydini and they were going out to dinner at Vesuvio.
