Re: review of 'The Illusionist'
"the Illusionist" looks wonderful, a trip to a world most all of us wish we could have lived in, for a little while anyway. If you're in New York or LA, see it now. The rest of us will have to wait until it makes its way across the country to a reasonably local theater in February and Marc...

Re: August Issue of Genii has been Mailed
Arrived in Northwest Metro Atlanta today, 7/25. What a lovely cover! Great pose and excellent texturing, coloring and contrast. I'd like to have a copy of the cover picture sans type to frame and hang with my other photos, posters, etc. Thanks for another memorable issue!

Well, gee Cugel - I guess you haven't noticed that most of popular culture is headed that way. Spend some time looking at youth oriented tv/cable programming, and particularly how things are marketed to them!

Hey Guys - a company as mainstream as Adidas is using magic to promote their products! And they're not exposing or making fun of magic or magicians! This is a GOOD thing.

I'm afraid that, although Savannah is a most magical town, there's not much there for magicians. I think the nearest club is an IBM ring around Hilton Head, a fur piece from Savannah. No shops, not even a magic shelf in the joke shops anymore... just take some great books with you and create your ow...

I saw Lance Burton do that very stunt in the Folies back in the day. It was his curtain call. He walked off stage wearing his top hat. He stopped just at the proscenium and leaned back on stage.
