Re: Real Secrets Weber Bonus and Email

Sometimes business fail or websites just simply stop working. I recently bought pictures from Sears Portrait Studios. I haven't gotten them, because the company (which apparently has nothing to do with Sears) simply shut down. Employees found out when they went to work, the doors were locked. Now, I...

Re: Real Secrets Weber Bonus and Email

I appreciate your efforts Nick, however, these are my thoughts (I work in the computer field): 1. Projects come and go. What happens when Revizzit dies as well? I hope it doesn't and your project is successful, but there have been some other larger projects that have died which had more backing. 2. ...

Richard, I don't know what you aren't seeing that I can see, but I see it as a big improvement. 1. You can download each one as a PDF, you don't have to do one page at a time. 2. Now the content is downloaded each month and stored on a server, it doesn't "dissappear" like before. I was al...

I don't like the new process at all. I intensely dislike not receiving paper instruction sheets with the tricks. I don't like the new setup, it's a pain in the ass, and I don't like being treated like a naughty child and not being able to download everything easily. Of course I can copy each screen...

Genii Birthday Bash will be the first convention I have ever attended after almost 20 years in magic. The "Goodie Bag" looked good, and it keeps looking better. Glad I registered before May 31 too, seems like it will be lots of fun. Now it just needs to be 2 days longer... El Mystico, abou...

It would seem to me that a man named E.S. Andrews, a supposed con-man, would be a very obvious answer to the S.W. Erdnase question.

Since there is no solid "proof" and a great deal of suspects, I think we allow our desire to have one last "secret" to outweigh our common sense.

Re: I think this qualifies as magic porn

The fact that there was a girl, possibly a relative of someone at Murphy's or maybe just an employee (We don't know) brought about a discussion of people wanking it to her is classless. This thread started with the imagery of a person masturbating to the girl, that was not needed. It was reinforced ...

I am sorry, but I am glad they are not on the show.

The Pendragons have already traveled the world and been National Headliners, etc, etc.

AGT should be for people who haven't already made it. If you already have had Vegas Shows, etc, you should not even be eligible.

I wouldn't think doing a trick which has you cut the head of a spectator open. It is one thing to cut your own arm open and pull out the quarter, but doing it to someone else just doesn't seem proper. As far as the water walking, didn't he do that already. Oh wait, that was a pool, completely differ...

Isn't the fact that the Mexican coin is used based on the fact that the Mexican coin slightly smaller then the Half? I believe (I don't have any in hand) that an English penny is actually slightly larger than the Half, a very small amount but still larger.

I really liked the routine, it seemed very fresh for a cups and balls routine. Have you read the Loomis Cups and Balls routine? Your handling, not using the false transfers etc is along the same thinking. At least from the spectator's viewpoint (me), there wasn't any funny moves it was nice. Good Job.

If the card comes our face toward the audience, this last part is slightly off. "After youve removed the card from the pocket, pause for a few moments to allow suspense to build. Ask the spectator to announce the card he has been thinking of, then slowly turn around your card to reveal it."

I would think that if you are going to use "other props", like crayons, you are going to be stuck with children's show environments. Fake "smokes" are just that, fake. They know they are fake and they become a prop. You are not using a "common" object, and in my opinion...
