Re: Day of Lectures 2011
Tru dat Mista K. It was a very enjoyable day, Brent did a great job scheduling the lectures because they complemented each other and the transition was seamless. The connecting thread was Slidini since both Tony and Meir were students of this great magician, and Johnny Thompson did a hilarious imita...

Well, you did it again Brent! Axel's lecture was one of the best in your series of lectures. Everything he performed was a winner and that doesn't happen at lectures very often. His "Newsflash" newspaper tear drew the most astonishing reaction that most magicians can only hope to generate!...

Day of Lectures
Brent will have a tough time next year when he begins to assemble his speakers for the Day of Lectures 2010. The line up this year was stupendous; all three lecturers seemed to be attempting to top the previous speaker to the delight of all in attendance. It was a full house and the accommodations w...

I don't think I have ever seen a technical lecture blended so well with a funny and fast paced performance demonstration of those techniques. Arthur is a great guy and as previously stated, a deep, deep thinker! If you wanted to go and didn't, you sure misssed a GOOD ONE! Great lecture, thanks Brent!

Does anyone remember Magic FX on Glendale Avenue in Glendale, CA. It is called the "Double Prediction," and is routine number 59 in Scarne on Card Tricks by John Scarne, 1950. It is a very deceptive move; I currently have a routine marketed as the "Devil's Doorway" that features this move.
