FS: SIXTH SENSE by Hugo Shelley (like new)

This is Hugo Shelley's most current version of his popular magnet detection device. If you're reading this, then you likely know what it is and it needs no explanation. The nice thing about the V3 model is its varying detection modes and that it's rechargeable via USB. This is like new and has never...

Shin is a great guy and super talented. Of all his performances on AGT, though, the one linked above by Jack was my favorite.

Anyone have one they want to unload?

Re: Criss empties Paris Jackson's Mind.

Hey guys, sorry for any offense taken. I just realized that I read the subject of this thread wrong (and in a hurry) the other day. What I thought it said, at a glance, was 'Paris Hilton', so I made a (rather obvious) joke. Except that it wasn't at all obvious because I only just now realized, after...

I love this concept. It's much like the conjuring version of what Masterclass.com is doing. What I don't like however is that I wanted very much to sign up for the Weber course, but my schedule and the time difference here in Macao kept me from doing so. I understand the exclusivity aspect, which ma...

Again, this just does nothing for me. Feels unfocused and all over the place. What's with the bottle suddenly breaking in order to open it? Weird and confusing. And why ignite the page after the word's been revealed? Why not let us see it burn into the page, if you're going to do it that way? Happy ...

Maybe I'm just cynical, but this just did nothing for me, in terms of the trick. No disrespect to anyone who's served in the military. They all deserve to be honored, but this felt more like pandering than a demonstration of skill. I can't imagine even a layperson being decided by the first part wit...

Re: Impression devices for pre-show; do they fool?

Hi Brad. Of course, they don't know. And while the needs of the many certainly outweigh the needs of the one in a pre show instance, I do also concern myself with the assisting spectator being sufficiently deceived as well. I know from experience that techniques like a business card peek (Acidus Nov...

Impression devices for pre-show; do they fool?

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with impression devices. I love the cleverness of many of them, but often find myself inclined to think that they leave the spectator with a possible answer. In the case of an impression device (pad, clipboard, etc.), something is taken back by the performer....

For something very cool with a borrowed iPhone, check out Michael Murray's 'Cal-Ender' or Gregory Wilson's 'Code Breaker' (independently created by Gregory, and the same effect/method as Cal-Ender).

Also, I'm a big fan of 'Earworm', 'Magic SMS' by Angelo Carbone, and Myke Phillips 'iUnlockYourMind'.

There's a real simple beauty to this. I love the fact that there is no 'proving'. The magic is implied, and inferred, by the circumstances. Audience assumptions over sleights and showy proving procedures. No cups are actually turned toward us to be shown empty. We simply assume it by the way in whic...
