Re: Fool US

I thought Daniel K was terrific. Not only was his performance a hit, but he did exactly what I aspire to. He dug out a old published trick from the 80's, added a slum prop that is languishing in a lot of magic drawers, combined them in an original and surprising, yet logical fashion, added loads of...

I'm also inclined to believe we're being trolled, but it would be a meta-troll if it turned out to be true. I love that I really can't be certain. Derren comes across as very sincere and believable in the video, but he's also very capable of doing that, and also cheeky enough to take part in such a ...

This guy is annoying as sh*t. I couldn't get through more than 5 minutes.
And Tom Stone is correct, he is the guy who recently ripped off David Williamson and is attempting to profit by it. Ignore him.

He's super creative and a natural with difficult card sleights. Things that would take me months to get right, he seems able ...

FS: The Black Box by Eric Samuels (Like new, never used)

This is the original Black Box by Eric Samuels. It is like new, never used. I bought it and then traveled overseas for an extended period. Upon returning, I purchased Eric’s BOX-X, which is now my go-to Q&A show prop. As a result, I never ended up using the original Black Box. It has remained in...

Re: Magician Empties and Refills a Full Lake Live at Cyberspeed

As noted by Richard, similar methods have been used by Franz Harary, Lance, and others. And even earlier by filmmakers like Chaplin, Keaton, and Lloyd, if we want to really draw comparisons. I think this particular arrangement most resembles Lance’s vanish of elephants in the Nevada desert on one of...

I absolutely loved 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood'. Loved the slow burn. Loved the climax. ANd, yes, Brad Pitt is a goddamned movie star.

As for Pieces of Strange, I've been on the fence (if there are any left now). I picked up a couple of the other small releases (fun stuff).

Re: New Magic Shop / Chinese Theme Park

It's so odd to me that they'd open a theme park in Zhuhai featuring a Macau market, as Macau is right next to Zhuhai. They border each other. This all looks cool, but the idea of Lionsgate Theme Park sounds as silly to me as an Orion Pictures them park. :))
