We have this book on e-bay first edition. There were only 500 copies made of this book. This one was a bit damaged by water bur it is still a very readable copy. Don't know though how to out the link in here. But please take a look if interested.

Even though I have now quite a few e-books, some are very good with good materials, I much, much preferred to read a real book, and the book is what i buy if both are available. So Richard go for books all the way.
