Richard, I sympathize. At 72, I can barely see the watch, even though its almost the size of an Idaho potato.

I'm working on finishing my fourth novel as well as a memoir about my life with my wife of 47 years, who passed away last Thanksgiving. When I get clogged with one of the above, I either play a guitar, walk my little dog, continue to read my way through the complete works of Cormac McCarthy, and/or,...

I know Robert Walker's "Tricks from the Tree" has a very cool version of Cannibal cards. Hmm, on reflecting, there may be more than one version in Bob's book... not sure about that, however.

I had to chuckle when the first item I saw was an old rotary dial telephone. I haven't seen one of those in decades. Totally off topic and irrelevant comment but I couldn't resist. Sorry, Chris. Good luck with the auction.

I'd not heard of urine as a hand softener, though I've been told peeing on one's feet in the shower will cure athlete's foot, and I've read that some folks in India find that sipping an ounce or so of each morning's bladder's expulsion to be a health-enhancing drink. Coconut oil's available at my local supermarket, so I'd assume you could find it in the oil section of yours. If not, amazon.com has many different brands of coconut oil for sale. If you want to try it for dry hands, buy the smallest bottle you can find because you'll be amazed how little of it you'...
