Thanks to Kozmo for posting the videos. The interview with Eugene was one of my favorites. I only wish we had recorded the two hour conversation we had when Gene and I went for dinner afterward.
He will be missed, but will be with us always.

Hi Joe: I'm sorry that more people have not responded to this! In my case, I have been supporting myself and my family performing magic for over twenty-five years. While there are lot of aspects to what I do that make it "a job", the performance part is the part that is not. Performing the...

Just read from a friend's Facebook posting that they received a message from Paul's wife, Michelle, that Paul passed away yesterday, October 3rd at 8:30pm as a result of brain hemorrhage. Exciting news for fans of Harry Lorayne. I am working with Harry and Rudy Tinoco to produce a full day workshop with the legendary writer, creator and performer on Saturday, July 30th at Hatbox Theatre in Concord, NH. According to Bill Goodwin (from an email to me): "This issue was put together by David Ben as a spoof and presented to Gordon Bean and I at an early 31 Faces North convention. David solicited articles by others and put the issue together to look like one of ours. He also guessed on who some of ...

“Elevator Routine” was published in “New Phoenix,” in May 1964. Out of curiousity, I looked up the routine (p. 384) and compared it to the one listed in Bob Wagner's Master Notebook of Magic . It looks as if the Glover piece is incorporated into a larger routine ("The Enchanted Pack of Cards&q...
