Not really sure. I saw our Regional guy, Michael Tallon, wearing one. He said he got it at the combined convention. I guess a year ago or more?

You guys are really capping the registration at 500? On top of a huge price increase ($60) over previous years? Why? Houston ran a good convention, netted tons of money for the local clubs, and was able to accomodate all comers. Plan for two seatings at the ACL venue if you insist on using that smal...
