Ever notice how many big name, working professionals need financial assistance when they have an illness or injury? How many have no savings but exude the image of a successful working pro?

Not really sure. I saw our Regional guy, Michael Tallon, wearing one. He said he got it at the combined convention. I guess a year ago or more?

WTB: IBM/SAM combined convention lapel pin
Just saw one of these and I want one. These are the lapel pins featuring both IBM and SAM logos and were part of the packet at the combined convention. Anybody have one they would be willing to sell me?

Looking to buy a set of Scotty York knives. Do not need the manuscript. Actually, just need the white/white knife to replace a lost one. Will take complete set, or just the one knive. Thanks.

WTB: Flosso-Hornmann Magic Catalog from the '70's
Flosso-Hornmann Magic Company was the company I bought all of my mailorder stuff from in the late 1960's and 1970's. Just for nostalgia reasons, I would love to buy one. Anyone have one for sale? Last week, Norm Barnhart lectured in San Antonio. What a great experience! I usually figure if I get one new idea, the lecture is worthwhile. Geoff Williams Magic Lecture
Geoff Williams lectured in San Antonio last night. What an awesome lecture! His work is funny and his material has "real world applications." I came away with about six great new tricks to put into my restaurant work. His lecture was NOT a dealer demo -- he showed how to build his effects....

Re: Great Line Up
You guys are really capping the registration at 500? On top of a huge price increase ($60) over previous years? Why? Houston ran a good convention, netted tons of money for the local clubs, and was able to accomodate all comers. Plan for two seatings at the ACL venue if you insist on using that smal...
