FS: Doug Henning Water Torture Poster

Measuring 30"x46" this original and somewhat rare poster is mounted in a thin, black metal frame behind glass. There is a 1" crack in the glass on the far upper right corner and virtually unnoticeable. It has been offered on eBay from $350 to $900 unmounted. As it is already mounted i...

In addition to being a master craftsman, Neil was also a psychologist. He wrote a slim volume on child psychology that had some simple techniques that helped me be a more effective parent. I thanked him years ago and remain grateful.

He will be missed and my sympathies go out to his family.

Considered by many mentalists as an invaluable resource, Ben Cunningham interviews such famed practitioners as Richard Osterland, Allen Zing, Barrie Richardson, Chuck Hickock, Kenton Knepper and Ted Leslie. A total of 16 CD's in volume 1. Volume 2 is a single MP3 CD packed with folks like Andy Nyman...

FS: Meir Yedid's WOW book test

I've collected 8 different books for one of the simplest yet ingenious book tests around. These are out of print. Imagine letting a spectator select ANY book from the 8, have the audience (or another spectator) pick a page and you are capable of identifying the word spectator #1 is thinking! 8 books...

Wait a minute, there's a discrepancy here! When I first met Richard at the cafeteria in '72 you were a 14 years old 'yout.' 36 years later that would make me...... aaarrghh!!!!

Happy Birthday to one of the most passionate contributors to the art and love of magic.

I'm a big Lewis Black fan and fell on the floor laughing through "The Aristocrats." Found the "History of the Joke" somebody's' bright idea for content that was poorly executed and to be precise, not funny.

I'm continuously amazed at folks who get thoroughly screwed by Bob Cassidy and then ORDER AGAIN!!!

I don't care how great Cassidy's material may be, but by continuing to order from this individual you are encouraging him to continue his unethical, if not illegal, behavior. How needy can people be?

Prof Presentations of Al Koran

Noticed that this has been recently published. Curious to know if it's simply an update of "Al Koran's Legacy" by Hugh Miller? The effects listed in the description on Hocus Pocus seem to be the same. Thanks.

It's unfortunate that we must continue with the current topic heading. Steve Brown is working hard to turn around the toxic Spina years. I suggest the next positive comments about Tannen's start with a newly named topic.

Paris Magic Shops

The last few times we've been in Paris lack of time has prevented me from visiting the Paris magic shop(s). I'd appreciate any suggestions from folks who've visited there recently. Would also be very interested in magic bars, etc.

Our travel dates are March 13-20.

Thought of Rising Card

If you've fooled around with Arising Card and found it impractical (as I did) but applauded the idea, I recommend you to a new creation by Christopher Brent called The Telekinetic Card Rise. A card is mentally selected and the value only is shared with the magi. That card then rises from a boxed dec...
