For a somewhat different approach, in the Paul Harris books, he does a "one cup" routine with a small sausage can.

Mark the vision might tie into what's going on with your insulin levels, you should get checked out. I know it's not pleasant, but the alternative may be even less appealing.

I don't have one nearby, that I know of. When I saw Goshman lecture he thought they weren't worth the time. Not sure if this is on video or not but the story went, he hadn't been to a club meeting in many years, and when he did they were doing the same tricks in the same sloppy way. I'm sure not all...
