Is the new version indicated as a second printing? The one I got from Amazon 2 months ago says first printing. What was wrong with the editing? Anything significant? Re: FISM 2021 goes to Canada!

How is seating assigned? Will I get a better seat if I register early? Does FISM sell out? How big is this convention? Is it anything like the Genii Convention?

Lot of questions :) Thanks

I am now begin to believe the issues are released upon a critical mass of member emails sent to enquire about the "monthly" releases... and one by the Genii to tip the balance.

Re: Parlour Tricks by Jenzo Harmonics

I have taken three of Tenyo’s plus one effects and given them a magical makeover, taking them all back in time to the Victorian era. All three have had the graphics completely redesigned from scratch and have also been made in wood. If I am not mistaken, Jenzo's products tend to be re-skinned Tenyo...

Uhmm. It costs me about $16 for 4 regular decks...

So $16 for 4 special Deland decks is a deal. Actually, at that price I would want 8 ;)

I believe that Mandolin backs are the cards I was referring to in my previous post. So let me ask a serious question, then. I am faced with the following options for a particular trick of DeLand's. I can print the trick in the following manner: 1. Use DeLand's original cards so what you will get is...

Re: Theodore Deland

Unfortunately neither of those decks are viable options because you need to remove the cards from the deck when you start the trick. I want the cards to match the deck most commonly used: Bicycle Rider back. Michael Weber has some great work where he mixes Bicycle Rider backed cards with Mandolin b...

I believe each book will come with two identical decks. There are certain gimmicks I cannot print because USPC won't let me print an altered Rider Back. You do have other options if you want to include a complete set of gimmicks, which would be nice since this publication is a once in a lifetime th...

You would pass out if you saw the books I have written in.

The funny thing is that to another magician, or my son should I be so lucky that he takes up this hobby, my annotations add value to the reader but I guess not to eBay.

I have these books, and quite an extensive library of most of the major books published in the last 35 years. I write in all of them. I write in the margins, I cross-reference variations, I rate each effect I read with a star system to avoid having to re-read the book to find what I considered the b...

I have no doubt Michael and Tim will deliver. I prefer they take the time they need and get it right.
