Re: David Roth's coin that floated like a kite
I wish you had seen this when David Roth performed it 25 years ago live in Tokyo. It was pure magical poetry.

Re: David Roth's coin that floated like a kite
I just learned that David's routine "The Kite" is performed and explained in "New York Coin Magic Seminar Vol 16". I've never forgotten that routine and waited nearly 25 years to see it again. Thank you, David Roth for recording and releasing this!

Re: My Show Name (Tom Stone's challenge from his February column)
I have a show scheduled for April 24, 2011 and will be following Tom's column as I prepare for it. I feel obliged to point out that it won't be in a theater but on a platform in a church hall. Re: Why did most people hate Sawa's Library of Magic Vol.1?
Richard - I saw Dr. Sawa perform in Japan 20 years ago, and--as you know--he did stunningly beautiful magic. A memorable piece was the repeated production of pearls as he folded an aqua blue hankerchief back and forth in time with the sound of ocean waves crashing. I eagerly bought vol 1 and have be...

Re: Dan Huffman??
I was delighted to see this thread about Dan Huffman. I liked the second of his parades so much that I back-ordered his first one from the good folks at the IBM's main office. I can picture the black fingernails even now. Dan, if you ever put that book together, I--and I'm sure many, many others--wi...
