Does anybody know who the winners were in the close-up competition held last weekend at the International Magic convention (London, UK)?

In case any of you have not made the trip to London for Ron and Martin MacMillan's convention at the beginning of December--it's one of the most exciting conventions in the world. The gathering of high-power magicians from all over Europe just can't be beat. There is nothing else like it.
GO NEXT YEAR!

Jacky:

I recognized the inimitable Bob Kohler but who were the other folks, especially the intimidating fellow in the last photo?

Steve,

The guy in the last photograph looks like a 'cross' between Charles Bronson and Ricky Jay.

Seriously though.....

Check the URL:

This summary provides ample proof of Richard's posting regarding the level of talent that is drawn to the convention each year.

MacMillan's convention is one of the very very good ones... I worked it some years ago and hope to go back one of these days...
