Let the Summer Games Begin! The first Strolling Olympics are now in the history books. The "Gold Colored" medal winner of the first games was David Shimshi. Now it's about time for the Summer Games to begin. The Olympic Flash-paper will once again ignite in the Inner Circle of The Magic Castle. The "Magic Castle Strolling Olympics" Summer Games (the 2nd Quarter Competition) will be held on Monday, July 22nd from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The "Strolling Olympics" are open to members only (of course guests of members are free to come and watch, but will not be allowed to compete or judge). The Judges (all non-competing members both Regular and Associate) will then vote on the best Olympic performance. The winner's name will be engraved on a permanent trophy, on display at the Castle and the winner will get a personal trophy to take home. The Castle will also present the winner with a $50.00 check. Remember this is all FREE! We had a great time at the first games. So come on down for the second, be a judge or go for the gold. Scott "Scotto" Smith - Strolling Olympic Chairman.
