Will there ever be a follow up to this book as the title implies?

The big hold up is that Sawa was never willing to part with his most famous tricks, the ones with seashells that I really wanted to print in the book. So, unless he's changed his mind in the interveening 15 years, it's unlikely a second volume will appear (at least through me). There is actually a thread on the subject of Sawa's book if you look in the "Kaufman and Company" category.
