Card Cutters

Postby Guest » January 31st, 2005, 1:39 pm

Hello All

I was wondering if there is a device that can cut card stock in the shape of playing cards or to that end a device that can make uniformly consistent cuts in the interior of a playing card.

I know that there are specialized manual paper cutters with presses that can cut letters of the alphabet from poster board.

I've searched the Internet to no avail if anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Nelson

Nelson;
Yes - a clicker press with the required die.

An older printer will have one of these presses. It is like a "letterpress" and not litho or computer laser.

The dies can be made for simple cutouts for about $100 apiece or less.
Stay tooned.
