Does anyone if this Dan Harlan effect is in print somewhere? I know it is available on his PACKS SMALL AND PLAYS BIG video. Thanks for your help.

Starcle was first published in Minotaur magazine Vol. 1, No.1, February 1989, p.5.

Just to be thorough, the actual fold and reveal of Starcle, including the "moon/star" angle are much, much older. Like turn of the century old.

I remember seeing it in a book of paper magic published around 1910 or so...
