Lapham's Quarterly

Discussions of new films, books, television shows, and media indirectly related to magic and magicians. For example, there may be a book on mnemonics or theatrical technique we should know or at least know about.

Lapham's Quarterly

Postby Don Knox » September 2nd, 2012, 11:22 pm

I just picked up a copy of Lapham's Quarterly - Summer 2012 at Barnes and Noble and it's named "Magic Shows". I don't know the publication but the title caught me.

It has writings from Teller, Houdini, H.P. Lovecraft, J.J.R. Tolkien to Helena Blavatsky and Thomas Paine. It looks to be very interesting at about 220 pages.

Enjoy.

The column just mentioned was in the August-2012 issue.
