Mr. Kaufman has a nice effect that can be easily adapted to walk around. (I'm always on the look out for such effects.) This will put your top-change skills to the test however.

Just a suggestion. Skip the top-card cover pass and sidesteal the selections to second from top instead. (I can't do that particular pass.) You will end up with cards in 'reverse' order but that's not really a problem.
