As has been the case for the last 10+ years, John Bannon's work looks to be better than Gordon's.

Is there a preferred switch for getting into this sort of trick? I imagine using a face down ATFUS-like procedure where you hold the pack from above and thumb off the four cards and move the block from a jog on the count of n-1 so the last card counted is carried through into the trick - the pack gets moved off an to the side. Citation?

No idea what to say about the similarity in number, layout, ... "oddservation???"
