Hey Richard,
In the introduction to 'The Fishy Five' by Hiro Sakai (back in the February 1999 issue of GENII) you mentioned you once contemplated writing a book on Origami Magic - and you even collected some material for the project (particulalry from Japanese magicians).
Well - I am a huge fan of such offbeat magic and I was just wondering if you had any plans to one day publish the material you gathered? Very little magic is published in this area which is why I am so keen to find out more about it. Perhaps you could included it in the upcoming book on Japanese Magic that I have seen you write about?
Anyway - keep up the great work!
Joe

Re: Origami Magic - Richard Kaufman
I did collect quite a bit of material for the book, but not enough to complete it.
The draining experience of doing Folding Money Fooling also convinced me that doing another book on Origami of any kind was too much work.
