I need a little assistance, please. Four weeks ago I emailed the Ask Alexander librarian and inquired about the possibility of a reset. Yes, I lost my log on info... Having heard nothing back, I forwarded my original email to the librarian a full week later. Still having heard nothing I called the Genii offices,spoke with a helpful assistant genii and followed her instructions by forwarding my original email to her. Another week has passed and I haven't heard back. My subscription is current. Any suggestions?
