Also, a head's up to those who have Borders bookstores closing in their vicinity: I picked up Cavett's TALK SHOW for just $10 (retail $25) for its chapter on Slydini (a compilation of his NY Times columns which included his reminiscences of working and studying with the master).

Coincidental back story: I sold the booklet for SandSational Rope to Cavett while working behind the counter at Tannen's. He said he had to "re-learn" the trick for some occasion! Now I know the occasion.
