Dan and Dave Buck were giving away these decks at a special event at the Castle last night and I picked one up. The cards have a very nice soft feel.

For what it's worth the decks I bought at D&D look nice, but every single one I opened so far gained a deadly snap crimp very quickly making them nearly unusable to me. I'm curious if others have experienced this.

Sebastien:

Try this to fix those decks: arrange each deck so every second card is face up. Put the deck in its case and wrap a few rubber bands around it all ways. Put it in your freezer and leave it for a few days. Remove while still cold and let sit for a few days. This usually works -- if not, try a second time.

Goody! Would love it if that fixed it. Thanks for the tip, I shall get that process started out tonight.

I don't believe it's a problem with the batch or anything, it's probably a combination of the thinner than usual stock and the changes in temperature during shipping. I quite like the feel of the cards, actually, and if this tip gets the cards straightened out, I will be a very happy camper.

I've had a pack of them open for over a week now (in wildly fluctuating temps and humidity here in rainy Northern California) with no problems. They're still supple and a joy to handle.

Nice cards. They've stayed flat for me. The Tally Ho's aren't as good as what they use to be though. I've had bowing problem with the recent one I got. They dont have that thick flexible feel anymore. They feel more like the old bicycles.

I'll be bringing the "expert" stripper decks to Magic-Con if anyone is interested in seeing a deck. I have set up a special Magic Con price too...
