Animator Chuck Jones on TCM

Discussions of new films, books, television shows, and media indirectly related to magic and magicians. For example, there may be a book on mnemonics or theatrical technique we should know or at least know about.

There's a documentary on Chuck Jones - the cartoon guy, not the magic guy - on Turner Classic Movies tonight at 8pm, followed by a bunch of Warner Brothers cartoons.
At 8:40 there's a cartoon from 1939 called "Prest-O, Change-O", about two dogs that encounter a magician's rabbit.
Everything is repeated later on:

I saw the special which had a nice slant on it. I missed the cartoons, which I would have liked to have seen.

Chuck Jones was the bomb! I remember as a kid watching the credits and his name was always on the screen. Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, ect. were my favs on Saturday mornings. RIP Chuck. Peace.
